My Philosophy

| WHAT I BELIEVE |

As a preschool educator, I am a role model for the children. I believe in respecting children as an individual as well as learning from them just as how they can learn from me.

As a preschool sector leader, I am also a role model for my teachers. I believe in open communication where struggles and challenges are discussed and brainstormed to find a potential solution. I celebrate my teacher's successes and be there for them when they needed support.

I believe that being intrinsically motivated to learn as an individual is necessary for personal growth. Therefore, I always bring in positivity as well as sharing of my experiences to encourage my teachers.

Parents and community stakeholders are also key in ensuring a all rounded experience and growth for both my teachers and children.
