Involving in Centre Administrative Work
Teamwork is key. By taking on additional roles, Estee alleviated the work stress of her colleagues and learnt more about the necessities to run the centre. Some administrative work Estee took were handling school fees, ordering dry and wet food items, planning of staff roster, as well as being in charge of the school's stationery supplies.
Estee also goes the extra mile to build strong ties with her colleagues outside working hours.
